Search help

  1. Go to Collections → Albums.
  2. Click New Album, give it a name, and save.

  4. Edit or delete albums from the action menu on each row.
Albums are private to your account — no one else can see them.

  2. Enter details like Catalog #, Country, Name, Year, Condition, Grade, Value.

Search & Sort:

  • On All Stamps, filter by catalog #, name, year, condition, grade, or album.
  • Sort by name, album, catalog #, year, value, grade, or created/updated date.

My Stamp Album provides one-click shortcuts to check active and sold listings on popular marketplaces. These links are generated from your stamp’s Country, Catalog #, and (optionally) Name.

Where you’ll see the links
  • All Stamps list: a compact Market ▾ dropdown on each row.
  • Album → Stamps list: the same Market ▾ dropdown per stamp.
  • Stamp Form: a Check Market Values card that updates links live as you type.
What each link does
  • eBay (Active) — opens current listings in eBay’s Stamps category.
  • eBay (Sold) — opens completed sold listings (useful for realized prices).
  • HipStamp — opens keyword results on HipStamp for your stamp.
Tips for better results
  • Ensure Country and Catalog # are filled in; adding a Name/Title can further refine results.
  • You can change the Country (e.g., United Kingdom vs Great Britain) if a marketplace uses different wording.
  • From the marketplace page, use their filters (e.g., condition, auction vs Buy It Now) to refine further.
Important notes
  • These links are provided for convenience. We don’t control third-party results or pricing.
  • Sold listings reflect historical transactions and may not predict future prices.
  • If a marketplace is unavailable or changes its search parameters, links may behave differently over time.
